Homeless in Hollywood

Visitors to Hollywood may be looking for celebrity-filled limos, but what they're more likely to see are poor people on the street like this guy strolling along Sunset Boulevard with his possessions in a shopping cart. Despite the fact they were residing in one of the richest countries on earth, over 700,000 people in Los Angeles were existing below the poverty line in the year 2000. That's one-fifth of the population.
